When I joined Thrive Tribe, I honestly thought I was just signing up to get help with my business plan. What I didn’t expect was how much it would help me reconnect with myself. It gave me the space to pause, to reflect on how far I’ve come—and for the first time, I saw it clearly.
It wasn’t luck.
It wasn’t someone else stepping in.
It was me.
Me who kept going, even when it all felt impossible. Me who got up after every setback. Me who refused to settle for survival. The girl who was constantly underestimated, written off, told she was “too much” or “not enough”—she’s now a woman running a business rooted in healing, community, and purpose. That fire in me? It’s been there all along. Thrive Tribe just helped me finally see it for what it is—my strength.
Throughout the programme, I’ve met the most inspiring, creative, powerful people. People with stories that moved me. People who saw me—really saw me—and reminded me I wasn’t alone. Each connection, each conversation, helped build me up in ways I didn’t even realise I needed. That sense of community, of being surrounded by people who get it, has been life-changing. We’ve lifted each other. Celebrated each other. Reminded each other that we are so much more than our struggles.
And as I shared my own story—my ADHD diagnosis, my mental health journey, parenting through chaos, surviving trauma, the loss of my mum, and coming off weed with the help of CBD—I realised how much I’ve already done. Thrive Tribe didn’t just give me new tools; it affirmed everything I’d been learning about myself along the way. It helped me stop waiting for permission. To stop shrinking. To stop hiding parts of myself because I thought they made me “too different.”
The truth is, those parts are my power.
I’ve learned that I’m a leader, a storyteller, a builder of spaces that make people feel safe. I’ve learned that my past doesn’t disqualify me—it equips me. I’ve learned that community can change everything, and that my voice has value, even when it shakes.
Thrive Tribe helped me come home to myself.
So if you’re reading this and you’ve ever felt like you don’t fit, like you’re too much, or not enough—please hear this: You are enough. And your story isn’t over.
I’m only just getting started.
